Sarah Bartlett
Sarah is an Executive Coach and L&D Consultant with over 15 years of experience in strategic HR and people development. Specialising in neuro-inclusive leadership and systemic behavioural change, she bridges the gap between organisational strategy and the lived experience of high-performing, unconventional leaders. As a late-diagnosed ADHD professional herself, Sarah brings a unique, "unmasked" perspective to coaching, helping leaders in high-stakes environments move from "performing" to sustainable, high-impact leadership. Her approach is rooted in psychodynamic principles, ensuring coaching is not a "one-size-fits-all" exercise but a tailored journey toward radical self-awareness and professional fit.

Relevant experience
Prior to becoming an independent Executive Coach, Sarah spent 15 years in senior HR and L&D roles across highly regulated and complex sectors, including FMCG and Utilities (specifically OVO).
Operating within these high-compliance environments has given her a deep understanding of the unique pressures faced by leaders in these environments, specifically the challenge of balancing high-stakes operational performance with accountability and rigorous professional standards.
Her experience focuses on the 'human side' of regulation: helping leaders maintain Psychological Safety and Neuro-inclusive practice within rigid frameworks. By drawing on her background in psychometrics (MBTI, Clifton Strengths), she helps leaders navigate organisational behaviours and values in a way that feels authentic rather than performative, ensuring that leadership excellence is sustained and helps leaders navigate ambiguity, prevent burnout, and foster psychological safety within their teams.
