The following terms and conditions govern the data management.

Your data security and privacy is paramount to us, and your business data will NOT be used to train AI or be accessed by service providers beyond that required for the provision of their services to us. We do not sell or share your data.

You agree that your data may be stored in data management and retrieval systems including those outside of the E.U.

‍

You agree that data may be transmitted to/from our Vector Database provider and Generative AI provider (service providers), both of whom retain their own right to access data for the detection and prevention of crime.

‍

You retain ownership of your data at all times, including the right to delete any and all of your data from our servers. Where such a data deletion action is taken, service providers may retain data for up to 30 days in accordance with their detection and prevention of crime policies, after which time it will be irrevocably deleted.

Notwithstanding the above, where prima facie appearance of illegal activity has occurred, service provider and/or us may be obliged by law to take action including transmittal of data to external bodies such as law enforcement agencies.

Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), and accessible only to those with authorised access. All our service provider have SOC 2 compliance.

You agree that in the event of dispute, the laws of England and Wales shall apply, and agree to arbitration through courts of the same.
